Mehr als 150 neue Kurzfilme aller Genres in sieben Tagen an fünf Spielorten. Konzerte, Party, ein kostenloser Filmworkshop (inklusive 48-Stunden-Filmprojekt), ein Open Screening, eine Ausstellung, Awards, Gespräche ... und eine besondere Festival-Atmospähre! Ein Fokus-Screening widmet sich den "Pioneers of Black British Cinema", eine Homage ehrt Tilda Swinton, Joanna Hogg und Cynthia Beatt und die Festival-Retropektive präsentiert Highlights aus zehn Jahren British Shorts.

British Shorts Film Festival, Berlin is once more back in 2018 to present the most exciting, funniest, strangest and most thrilling new short films from the home of dirty weather – Drama, comedy, thriller, animation, experimentals, docs, horror, science fiction and music videos straight from the UK and Ireland. Short film screenings, free film workshop, concerts (feat. White Wine a.o.) & parties (feat. DJ Betti Bo Bikepunk a.o.), talks, exhibition, open screening, festival retrospective screenings, a focus screening Pioneers of Black British Cinema and a hommage with Joanna Hogg, Tilda Swinton a.o.
